Accommodation cancelled more than 45 days before arrival will not incur a charge. Full cancellation charges will apply thereafter.

Flights

Conference delegates can take advantage of the preferential Air Malta economy fare of £125 + tax return from Heathrow, Gatwick or Manchester to Malta by booking before 29 February 2012, for travel outbound on 25 or 26 April, returning on 29 or 30 April; subject to availability.

For bookings after 01 March 2012 a discount of 25% is applicable off economy and business class fares (excluding tax). This discount is not applicable on promotional fares ‘N’ for economy and ‘I’ for business. Valid for travel outbound 21 to 27 April, returning 28 April to 05 May.

Transfers

Airport transfers will be provided on Thursday and Sunday. Please supply your flight details on your registration form to be provided with transfers.

Travel essentials
