Thursday evening – Dine a Rounds

In response to member feedback Malta sees the return of the very popular dine a round events. Delegates are split into smaller groups and experience the fantastic cuisine on offer at different restaurants in St Julian’s within walking distance of the hotels.

Friday evening – Welcome Party

The Reef Club at the Westin Dragonara Resort
Delegates approach the gates to the Reef Club and panoramic views of the deep blue Mediterranean and illuminated coastline will unfold before your eyes. With aperitifs upon arrival, relax and enjoy the seaside atmosphere.

Dining under the stars a few steps from the sea, choose from a lavish buffet of Mediterranean cuisine: salads, antipasti and meats from sizzling BBQ grills and dishes typical of the region suited to meet all tastes, including vegetarian choices.

Those who wish to remain after dinner can relax and chill out in a truly unique setting. Sink into sofas and cushions in the chill out area - an ideal cosy relaxation space.

Enjoy live music entertainment throughout the night.

Saturday evening – Gala Dinner

Night of Knights
As the conference draws to a close, you will be treated to a magnificent Gala Dinner held at one of the most splendid buildings in Valletta - La Valette Hall in the former hospital of the Order of St John, built in the 16th century. Guests will enjoy fine dining in one of the longest banqueting halls in the world, draped in red and white, Malta’s national colours, especially for the occasion. Experience Malta’s unique elegance and history, in an evening to remember.

La Valette Hall at the Sacra Infermeria
The 16th century building now the Mediterranean Conference Centre has long been one of Valletta's most remarkable landmarks. Located towards the tip of Valletta peninsula, the MCC stands for distinction with magnificent views across the Grand Harbour. The sheer size and scale of the building makes it an impressive architectural feat. The sensitive and innovative restoration won international acclaim with the coveted ‘Europa Nostra' Award.

A Knights’ welcome
Drinks and canapés will be served in the grounds of the Lower Barrakka Gardens with excellent views of the Grand Harbour, Fort St Angelo and the Three Cities. Accompanied by Noble Couples, and greeted by a Troop of Guards dressed in 16th century period uniforms, delegates will move to the La Valette Hall. The Grand Master will welcome guests, invite them to be seated and declare the banquet open.

Dinner accompanied by Maltese wines will be served while local artists perform.

Although this is a Gala Dinner, dress code will be smart casual.
